REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER, AND SAFETY

Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. The tour will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.

It can be difficult to judge the weather, especially in regions where conditions can change in a matter of minutes. The Wright Plus team keeps a close watch on the forecast leading up to the event and throughout the day. Rain, sun, warm, and cool weather are all possibilities in the Chicagoland area in May.

We recommend you watch the weather as well and come prepared for the day. Weather dependent, warming and/or cooling stations are located at the Orientation Center and the First Aid Tent. In the event of severe weather, plans are in place for a variety of situations. Guest comfort and safety are of the utmost importance.

Security and safety are also an important part of the planning. We work hand in hand with relevant law enforcement and public protection agencies to help ensure the safety of our event. We make every effort to create a safe environment at Wright Plus.

If you need any assistance, seek out the Frist Aid Tent, look for a Wright Plus volunteer wearing a red “safety” arm band or a Trust Staff Member.
